7 Day Gut Healing Challenge

Gain back control of your health with our 7 day gut healing challenge. This challenge comes with enough soups, broths, and smoothies for 7 days. There are clear instructions for this cleanse outlined under "soup cleanse instructions" in the menu.

* The cleanse is designed for a vigorous detox and is calorie restrictive. You may do a modified version on days that may require additional calories or energy but must follow these guidelines:

1. Add in one healthy meal that includes a protein, vegetables, and fat and be under 500 calories eg  a salad with olive oil dressing and cooked chicken.

2. The meal must not contain gluten, grain, dairy, sugar, or alcohol.
